ISO 5211 DIRECT MOUNTING PAD
ISO 5211 integral mounting pad allows for direct actuator mounting. The mounting flange always follow ISO 5211 standard design and could be perfectly match with most actuators in the worldwide. Stable torque of valve always lead to the effective cost saving.

INTERIOR FINISH
• Electro-Polishing : SFV4 Ra 10 u-in (0.25um)
• Mechanical Polishing : SFV1 Ra 15u-in (0.375um)
Tube End:
• ASME BPE compliant extended tube so that welding can be performed without valve disassembled, tangent lengths furnished to standard ASME/BPE table DT-4.0
• Sulfur content on tube ends 0.005%~0.017 wt. % to ensure consistent weld ability. Chemical composition for automatic weld end furnished to ASME/BPE-part DT-3.
